Thanks to the Ridgedale Trap Shooters for their attendance at the 2026 BC Provincials Trap Shooting Championships held in Vernon at the North Okanagan Trap and Skeet Club on May 14th – 17th, 2026.
Ridgedale Shooters put up some impressive scores and won some classes:
– Vikram Sandhu won the Long-Yardage Handicap Buckle hitting 91/100 targets.
– Vikram Sandhu won the Singles Championship hitting 199/200 targets.
– Vikram Sandhu won the High All Around Buckle hitting 384/400 targets.
– Vikram Sandhu won the ‘AA Class’ Doubles hitting 94/100 targets.
– Vikram Sandhu won the ‘AA Class’ Preliminary Doubles hitting 96/100 targets.
– Brian Hazen won the High Overall Buckle hitting 658/700 targets.
– Brain Hazen took 2nd place in the Singles Championship hitting 197/200 targets.
– Brian Hazen won the ‘A Class’ Doubles hitting a 93/100 targets.
– Kelly Mcquarrie won ‘B Class’ Singles hitting 193/200 targets.
– Kelly Mcquarrie won ‘Veteran’ Doubles hitting 88/100 targets.
– Kelly Mcquarrie won ‘Veteran’ Preliminary Doubles hitting 92/100 targets
– Kelly Mcquarrie won ‘Veteran’ Class High Overall hitting 634/700 targets
– Bill Roseboom won the ‘Senior Veteran’ Singles hitting 188/200 targets.
– Bill Roseboom won the ‘Senior Veteran’ Preliminary Doubles hitting 88/100 targets
– Brian Fooks tied in the Preliminary Singles event hitting 99/100 targets but lost in the shoot-off.
– Arjun Batth won the Doubles Championship hitting 95/100 after winning the shoot-off.
– Marc Watmough won the Short-Yardage Preliminary Handicap event hitting 92/100 targets.
– Jerry Smith won the Mid-Yardage Preliminary Handicap event hitting 93/100 targets.
– Mike Roman won the ‘D’ Class Preliminary Singles hitting 92/100 targets.
– Ronnie Zuccarello won the Short-Yardage Handicap Buckle after being tied at 91/100 and then winning a tense shoot-off by 1 target!
